Art Therapy for mindfulness, relaxation, and Improved mood. This mini-series of workshops will incorporate components of art therapy, psychological theory, mindfulness, and positive psychology. We will be using art and the creative process to provide participants with tools to relax and de-stress. We will use a variety of mediums, as different things resonate with different people. You will learn the techniques you can apply at home if you choose. No art experience is necessary to participate, just openness, and desire to relax and feel good.
