Yoga & Meditation – Zoom

You’ll follow Amanda Hershey, yoga therapist and holistic practitioner, through a routine of gentle stretches from a seated position and a focus on meditation to help you be active and relieve some of the stress you may be feeling This class is open to everyone with special consideration to those who have experienced trauma and individuals that are visually impaired/joining by phone.

HOW TO ACCESS THE MEETING:

Through your computer
• Click on the Zoom Meeting Link: https://bit.ly/32YFoig
• If accessing through the Zoom app directly – Meeting ID:674 851 9895; Passcode: UZoom19895
• Once we begin the meeting, you’ll be let in from the “waiting room”.

Through your phone
• Dial 1-646-558-8656
• Dial the Meeting ID: 674 851 9895 and press #
• Since you are not the host and you do not need a participant ID, press # another time.
• And that’s it! Once we begin the meeting, you’ll be let in from the “waiting room”.
• During the meeting, you may press *6 to mute and unmute yourself and press *9 to raise your hand to ask a question.
