All potential and/or current members can come to the front desk and the staff will check on the web portals to see if the person(s) are eligible for SilverSneakers®, Silver&Fit® or HealthPartners® memberships.

ALL of the above are for members 65 and older. In order to qualify for a free membership the person must be 65 years and older.


HealthPartners® insurance is for all ages as long as they are eligible.
