Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in external and internal KleinLife communications and reports to the Marketing Director. This role supports the Marketing Director in implementing and maintaining the organization’s digital presence, with a strong focus on social media engagement and website upkeep. The position helps amplify the mission and impact of the organization by supporting storytelling, outreach, and community-building efforts online. This is a hands-on, collaborative position ideal for someone with a passion for digital communications.
This position is part-time with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and organizational needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Director in planning and executing digital content strategies for social media and the website.
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) in alignment with organizational messaging and campaigns.
Help monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Support updates to the organization’s website using a content management system (e.g., WordPress), ensuring information is current, accessible, and on-brand.
Track and report basic performance metrics (e.g., social media reach, website traffic) to support ongoing evaluation and improvement.
Help ensure visual consistency and brand voice across all digital content.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development for digital campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
Support the implementation of email marketing and newsletter content when needed.

Qualifications
Education And/Or Experience
- Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Background in social media required
- At least three (3) years of professional experience required
- Proficiency with website management preferred
- Graphic design and video editing experience preferred
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns preferred
Skills And Abilities
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Sprout Social)
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new software programs as appropriate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
