A Vibrant Hub for Youth Development and After-school Excellence

As we celebrate 50 years of KleinLife, we’re not just honoring our past — we’re celebrating the incredible energy and opportunity happening here every single day. One of the most inspiring examples? More than 2,500 people walk through our doors daily, with hundreds of children engaging in transformative after-school programs.

Our growing after-school enrichment programs now serve over 800 children from more than 20 different schools, offering diverse activities that nurture physical, social, and intellectual growth.

Children participate in STEM education, ballet and dance, basketball, soccer, swimming, chess, creative arts, and more!

These programs reflect the heart of KleinLife’s mission — empowering the next generation through community, education, and excellence.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be shining a spotlight on the schools and instructors who make KleinLife the go-to destination for afterschool enrichment in Northeast Philadelphia.

This Week’s Highlights:

Iliana Rhythmic Gymnastics
Founded at KleinLife in 2010 by Iliana Ivanova, a former Bulgarian National Team member, this elite program has produced four USA National Team athletes and multiple national champions.

Children's Dance Factory
Now in its 10th year at KleinLife, this vibrant program boasts over 100 students and recently earned the title of World Dance Champions 2024. Look for more earned titles as they are in the thick of competition season!

Orca Swim Club
With 100+ swimmers, Orca made national headlines when 10-year-old Alex Kovtounenko, who trains in our pool, broke two of Michael Phelps’ records at the Eastern Zone Championships.

These are more than just after-school activities, this is the next chapter in our 50-year journey of helping children and families grow, thrive, and succeed. We’re proud to continue investing in programs that shape the future for children and families in our community.
