Two great programs at one convenient location
Through exciting hands-on projects that spark their curiosity and foster critical thinking, STEM Academy students experience a blend of science, technology, engineering, and math with profound mentorship and access to cutting-edge resources. Students are encouraged to explore their interests, develop innovative solutions, and build confidence in their abilities, all while having fun in a supportive environment.
Robotics Zone
Robotics Zone nurtures the special talents of middle school students. These programs allow kids to tap into their technical and scientific abilities, bringing out the best in every participant. For more information about the Robotics Zone program, visit their website.
Penn State University – Abington
PSU Abington and KleinLife have partnered to provide a STEM-based high school enrichment program for local high school students. This collaborative effort aims to enhance educational opportunities and outcomes for high school students in the Northeast Philadelphia community.
Dual enrollment courses are also offered onsite and taught by Penn State faculty. Students will earn college credit after successfully completing courses.
Some class topics include:
- Math Enrichment (for GWHS students only)
- STEM Module
- Statistics (dual enrollment)
- Computer Science (dual enrollment)
