Led by Dr. Joseph Wang, improve functional movement/motion of body joints, gain a greater awareness of their body in space and how their body moves as a complete unit, increase muscle, tendon and ligament flexibility and health and awareness of breath/chi flow throughout the body with movement. -

You’ll have fun doing athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning with instructor Mariya Ryemyen. Move through muscle-conditioning blocks and activity-specific drills to improve strength and functional skill. -

Olga Krupenkina will have you sweating while having fun. With upbeat music and both sitting and standing (with chair support) exercises, you’ll be energized and ready to take on the rest of the week.
Space is limited for each in-person class. Before class, you must register for it on the touchscreen and then stop by the front desk for a class ticket, which will guarantee your spot.
